Delegates who are not members of ISHS can register to become a member by going to https://www.ishs.org/members in order to benefit from the discounted ISHS Member Early Bird Registration to attend the symposium.

Symposium Registration

REGISTRATION FEES INCLUDES:

ISHS Members, Non-members and Full-time Student* Registration fees includes the following:

  • Access to the full online symposium programme that includes both local and international speakers.
  • Access to all live and pre-recorded presentations
  • Access to all oral and poster presentations, presented during the symposium will be made available offline only to registered delegates, post the symposium
  • Access to all poster sessions
  • Access to the meeting hub to connect with other delegates
  • Delegates will have full access to live polls and Q& A chat functionality within each session
  • Access to all virtual exhibits to interact with exhibitors, view their videos and marketing material
  • View all sponsors and their videos and brochures
  • Symposium programme and the book of abstracts.
  • Proceedings of the ISHS – XI International Symposium of Grapevine Physiology and Biotechnology.

* Student and Post Doctorate registrations can only be confirmed once the organisers have received formal proof of student registration status.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

  • Online payment is available – Visa & Mastercard are accepted
  • Delegates may pay by bank transfer.
  • An invoice will be issued that includes the symposium bank account details.
  • Bank Transfers  – payment required 30 days after receipt of invoice.
  • Bank Transfers – Please note should you register less than 30 days before the deadline of the registration category you selected, the invoice must be settled before the deadline of that particular registration category.
  • Invoices will only be made out in ZAR.
  • Payment by bank transfer will only be acknowledged by the organisers once proof of payment is received.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Bank fees will be for the delegates own account.
  • On receipt of your registration form you will receive an automated reply confirming that we have received your registration.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • All refunds are subject to a 25% cancellation fee & unavoidable banking fees for registration cancelled after 1 September 2021
  • Registration fees are non- refundable if cancellations are received after 1 October 2021.
  • If the registered delegate is unable to attend virtually, a substitution request in writing will be considered.
